After being anxious for 3 days, finally I got offered for dentistry course through phone and can finally stop worrying. The registration day will be on 24th next month (August) so I'll leave KK on 23th. This Saturday I'll have my trip to Sarawak with some of my foundation coursemates. After coming back, I have only about 17 days left before I start my degree. I didn't actually spent much time with my parents for the past few weeks especially my dad because he's busy working and has church meeting or visitation almost every night. So I wake up early and have breakfast with him whenever I can haha. This morning I made egg mayo spread. I spread it on the bread and made 2 sets of egg mayo sandwiches. I'm always a big fans of Hermo because I can browse for beauty products of many brands without going out and shop. I mentioned before about my first time buying Hermo as  Mother's Day Gift . I've been using Kiehl's facial cleanser since January but there's a lot left because only a small amount is needed for each use. However, after coming back, I searched all over my luggages but couldn't find it so I think I left it in my hostel bathroom, feel so sad. I know innisfree is always the right brand to go for so I decided to buy innisfree facial cleanser and toner from Hermo . I bought this jeju volcanic pore cleansing foam and also green tea fresh skin toner. So far the cleansing foam is quite satisfying for me, I can definitely feel my skin is smoother right after the first use. I'll definitely repurchase it. I've been staying at home ALMOST everyday since I came back from Sungai Petani. Last Sunday I went to Aerica's 4th birthday party at Oceanus Mall. She is the youngest sister of my friend, Audrenny. Audrenny and I have been close since we're junior 1 (form 1). We're at the same class except in J2 and J3 if I've not mistaken. Her house is not far from mine and we went to tuition together as well so we're quite close since then. I haven't got a chance to meet my other friends in the first week because I just got my driving license renewed last week. It surprised me that there're many new cafes in town which I haven't tried out. Last Tuesday, Robin came picked me up and we went to SOULed Out at Imago. Recently there're so many heartbroken news. Firstly, on 11st June, Christina Grimmie, a young talented singer was shot while signing autographs after her concert. On the next day, there's this gunshot incident in a nightclub in Orlando which caused the death of 50 people. It's so unfair to think that a young woman who's just started to pursue her dream just left this world because of some mentally unbalanced guy. All the hard work and efforts she had put in just vanished into thin air. I really can't imagine the pain that her parents have to go through, same goes to the parents of the victims in the gunshot incident. The pain they have to face is seriously unbearable and I really can't imagine how heartbroken they are. The thing is, we don't know who will we lose the next second. |18.06.16| Here starts my study break, I've to strive hard for my final exam especially Chemistry because I kinda screwed it up in sem 2. This is really 'final' exam because it's my last exam in foundation studies. It decides whether or not I will be able to enroll into dentistry degree. I've changed my mode of study for this sem. Previously, I read through everything briefly and repeatedly. This time I spend time reading and try to memorize while going through the module. This method might be slow but I don't have to read so many times.  I'm not sure which method suit me better because after done revising one chapter of physics today, I start losing focus and feel bored so I could no longer concentrate on a section and memorize. I just felt like reading through everything fast and get things done. Guess I'm still used to the old study method. Xin Hui's birthday is actually on 20th July but we'll not be around that time so here came the idea of birthday celebration in advance. We all will be in hometown in July. Guess what? We only started planning this surprise the night before :x I think it'll be sad for her if all of us in 'TripleBond' had our birthday celebrated except her. It was considered a successful one anyway. She was surprised when we went into the cafe holding the cake as she was dining with roommates. The cake is GOOD.
